Seminar Room: When furnished with tables and chairs, the seminar room seats 35 people. When only furnished with chairs, the seminar room seats 50 people.
“Dock” seminar room: Seats 16 people when furnished with tables and chairs, and 25 people when only furnished with chairs.
Restaurant: The restaurant seats 120 people with a sea-side view. The terrace seats 80 people.
